Helping exam performance

The session helped give my daughter a really calm, positive and confident state of mind for a very high-stress exam time. It contributed to her overcoming mental blocks about her sports trials, and she performed brilliantly. It also helped her succeed in a highly competitive Art Scholarship exam and interview. Her frame of mind was incredibly positive and confident (without being overexcited or hyper), and one very welcome side effect was that she also slept extraordinarily well! She usually has terrible trouble settling and a week like this would normally mean she’d be worse than usual, but she did her visualisations at bedtime and drifted straight off – unheard of!” (SR)
