about me

I’m a fully qualified hypnotherapist and life coach. I have a practitioner diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and a NLP Coaching Certificate from London Hypnotherapy Academy, where I graduated with the Rising Star Award for Outstanding Achievement. I am a Member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, fully insured, with a DBS certificate (formerly CRB check).

I have also undertaken specialist training in conditions including anxiety and depression; and completed the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems.

I offer help with emotional and physical issues such as losing weight, addiction, insomnia, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, depression, and chronic pain. My life coaching services provide support and motivation with more practical issues like career development, making life changes, and achieving personal goals. I use a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (incorporating CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR),  Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and solution focused strategies. This means that I can always structure sessions around what works best for you, rather than a one size fits all approach.

As a professional musician, I am especially able to help people to fulfil their creative and performance goals. This might be overcoming stage fright, letting go of negative limiting beliefs, or becoming more focused in order to reach their potential. My in-depth understanding of performance anxiety also means I can help with fears around public speaking, exam stress and presentation nerves.

Whatever the issue, I will always design an approach to suit you, and tailor sessions to your individual needs. I also work with children and young people.
